The Shape of Form Without Freedom was born from the emotional landscape of Book Two—from grief, confinement, longing, fear, memory, and the quiet ways they change us.
Each book created in the series leaves behind an emotion—something carried, lost, confined, broken, or finally set free. Each artwork takes one of those emotions and gives it form.
These are not illustrations of the story. They are what the story leaves behind.
Release
Book One — Through Bright Eyes
Release exists in the space between expression and freedom. Her scream is raw and instinctive, born from something held too long, yet nothing leaves with it. There is no relief waiting on the other side. The sound escapes; the weight remains.
Pages from Whispers Through the Veil are embedded within the work, becoming part of what she carries—words buried beneath layers, still present even when they can no longer be seen.
She is not a character or a moment from the story, but the emotion Book One left behind.
She has found her scream. She has not found her freedom.
